The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Law. IPOS advises and administers the Intellectual Property (IP) regime, promotes its usage and builds expertise to facilitate the development of Singapore’s IP eco-system. Recently, there are five new training rooms under progress, designed to setup with streaming and recording system, for the purpose of recording all the training scenarios to store and playback afterwards.

Bee 8 can be used to complete the entire process of recording, and it supports RTSP live streaming, one button to start/pause/stop recording, also supports USB recording, USB download and local playback by pressing the corresponding buttons on the front panel; it is easy to operate and supports files to be recorded into both thumb drive and built-in hard disk. After recording is completed, the thumb drive can be pulled out immediately and the recorded files can be taken away conveniently.
With image analysis and recognition technology, Kite 7 connects with HD700 camera can automatically lock the lecturer and send control commands to the camera to track the lecturer. It is especially suitable for lecture, training and so on.
Media Center is a portal site similar to Youtube: it can manage live streaming and recording for multiple Bee 8 devices; it supports massive live and VOD users. With the latest HTML5 technology, Media Center enables to play the recorded videos at the mobile terminals.
Furthermore, Media Center has been integrated with Moodle system, so users can view live and VOD videos of Media Center on Moodle just by performing some simple configurations, without the trouble to switch between the two systems, bringing both convenience and fun to users in learning.
