Reach Cam 4K REA430 is a 4K AI auto-tracking PTZ camera with 12X, 25X or 31X optical zoom, HDMI 2.0, 3G-SDI, USB 2.0 and PoE LAN outputs.
Reach Cam 4K REA430 is a 4K UHD PTZ camera for classrooms, lecture halls, training rooms and conference spaces. One camera family covers three room sizes: the 12X model starts at an 80.4° horizontal wide angle for small and medium rooms, the 25X model reaches 59.2° and the 31X model 59° for the back of a large hall. All three use a SONY CMOS sensor with 8.29 MP effective pixels and output 4K@60 with 3D noise reduction and a signal-to-noise ratio of 50 dB or better.
Tracking is done inside the camera. A built-in high-speed processor runs the Reach image analysis algorithm, so the camera needs no tracking computer, no wearable sensor and no operator: choose real-time tracking and the camera follows a speaker walking at 1.3–1.7 m/s at up to 6–7 m distance, or choose area tracking and define up to six zones, each one a preset the camera holds and returns to as the speaker moves between the lectern, the whiteboard and the audience.
The camera carries HDMI 2.0, 3G-SDI, USB 2.0 and PoE LAN on the same chassis, and all four can output 4K audio and video at the same time — HDMI to the room display, SDI to a production switcher, USB to a soft codec or lecture capture appliance and LAN to a streaming or recording platform. Video is compressed with H.265 or H.264 on the network port and MJPEG, H.264, H.265, YUY2 or NV12 on USB, and the camera speaks ONVIF, GB/T28181, RTSP and RTMP as well as VISCA over IP.
The camera head sits on a pan / tilt base with ±110° horizontal and −30° to +30° vertical travel. The rear panel carries HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 2.0, LAN with PoE, a dual-channel 3.5 mm audio input, RS232 in and out, RS422 / RS485, a rotary DIP switch for address and protocol, the power switch and the DC 12 V input.

Reach Cam 4K REA430 — 4K AI auto-tracking PTZ camera
Two tracking modes cover two very different rooms, and both are configured from the camera menu or the web page:
Tracking runs on the camera processor, so the PTZ keeps working — and keeps tracking — even if the recorder or the control network is offline.
Conference rooms, lecture halls, training and simulation rooms, courtrooms, telemedicine suites, government briefing rooms, broadcast and streaming studios, and hybrid classrooms.
