Reach Array 7 Interact ACM702 is an education- and conference-grade ceiling array microphone built for clear, natural speech capture at a distance. Six high-SNR microphones in a circular array deliver true 360° omnidirectional pickup, while blind beamforming automatically locks onto the active speaker and adapts to the acoustics of the room.
Its on-board processor runs voice tracking, noise suppression, echo cancellation, automatic gain control and de-reverberation at ultra-low latency — keeping speech intelligible in noisy, reverberant spaces, with double-talk never suppressed.
Powered and cascaded over a single PoE network cable, up to six ACM702 units work as one distributed pickup system for medium and large rooms, while standard USB and 3.5 mm Aux interfaces keep the microphone plug-and-play in digital and analog audio chains.
The ACM702 is a slim ceiling plate: a 360° microphone array face on the front, and a mounting plate that carries the cascade and audio ports on the rear.

Front view — 360° microphone array face.

Rear view — mounting plate and connection ports.
Single-unit mode: one ACM702 is powered over PoE and delivers digital audio through USB or analog audio through the 3.5 mm Aux ports to a host, recorder, DSP or loudspeaker. Cascade mode: set one unit as master and the others as slaves, then chain them with PoE network cables through the UP and DOWN ports — one PoE run carries both power and audio, up to six microphones for even coverage of medium and large rooms.

System connection — single-unit mode and PoE cascade mode (up to six microphones on one PoE run).
The rear mounting plate carries the cascade and audio ports. The numbers below match the labels on the unit.

Interface layout — 1 UP, 2 USB, 3 AECREF, 4 DOWN, 5 AECOUT, 6 SPKOUT.
| Port | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 · UP | Upstream cascade network port — cascades the microphone to the upstream device over a PoE network cable. |
| 2 · USB | USB audio interface — connects to a USB host, or supplies power to the microphone. |
| 3 · AECREF | AEC reference audio input — carries the reference signal from the remote site. |
| 4 · DOWN | Downstream cascade network port — cascades the microphone to the next downstream device over a PoE network cable. |
| 5 · AECOUT | Audio output — sends the audio captured by the local microphone to a terminal, recorder or other host device. |
| 6 · SPKOUT | Audio output — plays back the audio delivered from the remote site locally. |
